Join the Little Conestoga Watershed Alliance and East Petersburg Borough to tour the East Petersburg Community Gardens. Designed by LandStudies, and built by Little Conestoga Watershed Alliance volunteers and East Petersburg Borough staff in 2017, the East Petersburg Community Garden features a rain garden, native plant areas, a no-mow meadow, and a riparian buffer on public East Petersburg Borough property on the Little Conestoga Creek. Get inspiration for your own backyard! LCWA members and Borough staff will be onsite to answer questions and share lessons learned on design, maintenance, plant species, and more. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle.
