DESCRIPTION:On Sep 19\, CCWA is collaborating with the Clarence Schock Memorial Park at Governor Dick\, and with The Lebanon Valley Conservancy\, in a ‘Clean Water Day at Governor Dick Park.’ (https://www.chiquescreekwatershedalliance.org/upcoming/clean-water-day-at-governor-dick-park).  This is part of TLVC Clean Water Week.\n\nWe are thrilled to have 3 highly regarded speakers address how agricultural best practices help conserve soil and improve water quality.  Are you curious how ag and other development impact our water\, or what can be done to build resilience? \n\n\nJim Hershey\, a conservation-minded farmer and and award-winning pioneer in agricultural best practices in the Chiques Creek Watershed \n\n\nReid Garner\, environmental engineer / entrepreneur experienced in designing ag and municipal BMP’s \n\n\nMatt Kofroth\, Assistant District Manager at the Lancaster County Conservation District.
